Welcome to TPI Agentic Solutions. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services

TPI Agentic Solutions provides AI automation and agentic AI solutions for businesses, including but not limited to AI phone answering, appointment booking, lead capture, email/SMS workflows, and custom AI integrations.

2. Use of Services

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when contacting us or signing up for services
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon in individual service agreements. One-time setup fees are due before work begins. Monthly recurring fees are billed on the first of each month. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation

Monthly services may be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice. One-time setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Upon cancellation, we will provide you with all your data and assist with transition.

5. Intellectual Property

All AI workflows, automations, and custom solutions built specifically for your business are owned by you. Our proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain the property of TPI Agentic Solutions.

6. Limitation of Liability

TPI Agentic Solutions provides AI automation services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, AI systems may occasionally produce unexpected results. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
